Long-term LoversKnud Christian Nielsen was born in Klodskov on the southern Danish island of Falster. Anna’s mother was a Danish immigrant who had married a Norwegian immigrant. They were married in the Elk Horn Lutheran Church in 1912. Anna was a housewife and popular Sunday School teacher. Knud farmed and had the local dairy route. He was also an artist. They had three daughters: Sylvia, Hilda and Edna.
