Hans P. Gronbech emigrated from Jutland in the early 1920s. He resided in Rochester NY and Jewell IA before settling in San Diego. He married Hulda Wittenberg, and made his living as a cabinetmaker, highly respected for his skill and ability. Hans has a daughter, Erna Larsen, who currently lives in Sindal, Denmark at the age of 92.
